Schools:

The Monett R-I school district serves close to 2,200 students in pre-K through 12th grade.

Monett also offers a variety of adult education opportunities through the Southwest Area Career Center. The Center has non-credit adult education classes, which are generally trade, technical or self-improvement classes. Drury University and Missouri Southern State University also offer college-credit courses at the Center.
